I used to live in Eagan and now live on the west side of the metro. To this day I still go to Jim Cooper's to get my oil changed. It's a good deal and they always seem to be running on time. They've caught issues with my under 36K mile car that I've been able to take back to the dealer and have them fix under warrant. It's worth the drive to Eagan if you aren't from the area!
